Cancellation Policy
 
Reservations can be canceled according to the Consumer Protection Law (1981) and its regulations.
Cancellations must be made by sending a cancellation notice along with the reservation number via one of the following methods:

For Stays Under 14 Nights:
Cancellations can be made up to 3 days before check-in without cancellation fees.
Reservations can be changed (once) up to 3 days before check-in without a change fee. If the new date is more expensive, the difference must be paid. No refunds for price differences if the new date is cheaper.
Please note that if the stay was booked as a non-refundable offer, no refunds or changes are allowed.
 
For Stays of 14 Nights or More:
Cancellations can be made up to 7 days before check-in without cancellation fees.
Reservations can be changed (once) up to 7 days before check-in without a change fee. If the new date is more expensive, the difference must be paid. No refunds for price differences if the new date is cheaper.
Please note that if the stay was booked as a non-refundable offer, no refunds or changes are allowed.
 
For Package Bookings:
