Cancellation for stays of less than 14 nights:

• You can cancel up to 3 days before check-in without any cancellation fees.
• You can change (one time only) the reservation date up to 3 days before check-in, also without any change fees.
• If the new price is higher, you’ll pay the difference. If the price is lower, there’s no refund for the difference.
• Note: If you booked under a "No Refund or Change" promotion, unfortunately, there’s no option for a refund or change.

Cancellation for a package reservation:

Cancellation for stays of 14 nights or more:

• You can cancel up to 7 days before check-in without any cancellation fees.
• You can change (one time only) the reservation date up to 7 days before check-in, also without any change fees.
• If the new price is higher, you’ll pay the difference. If the price is lower, there’s no refund for the difference.
• Note: If you booked under a "No Refund or Change" promotion, unfortunately, there’s no option for a refund or change.
