What's your story?
We are Loginn, a family of Tel Avivian hotels. Not only are we based in Tel Aviv (obviously), but we're Tel Avivian in spirit and in our life philosophy: anything goes, as long as it's fun.
What does "Tel Avivian hotel" even mean?
Basically, Tel Avivian hotels are your hotels in Tel Aviv, ones you can return to again and again and again. Why? Because it's effortless and always flows. So there are six Tel Avivian hotels, in beautiful locations, that would be happy to host you for a night or more.
Where did you come up with your name? What does "Loginn" mean?
Loginn is just what it sounds like, plus a little tel avivian flair. This means that we're here to connect you to the Tel Aviv vibe.
what does it mean you have no reception?
Just like traffic jams aren't fun, standing in line at the hotel reception isn't either. We have an online reception with staff available 24/7 on WhatsApp. Check-in can be done in advance, anywhere, anytime, with a WhatsApp message. It's that simple.
How do I check in?
Easy as ordering pizza.
Just go to https://loginn.app/, fill out a few details, and you're done. We'll send you the code for the hotel & your room at the check in time.
What are the check-in/check-out times?
Check-in at 15:00 (for same-day bookings: 17:00)
Check-out at 10:00 (at Nahalat Benyamin / Savanna Hotels: check-out is at 11:00)
Can I check in early?
If the room is available, we'd be glad to let you do this. Talk to us on arrival to be sure. Our hotels have free luggage storage, by the way.
Can I check out late?
Sure, it's possible. If there isn't another reservation, you can extend two hours for just 50 NIS. If you booked a weekend with us and want to stay until Saturday night, it's possible with an additional 50% of the Friday night rate.

When do you clean the room?
At Loginn Nahalat Benyamin daily cleaning is included as a part of your stay.
At our other Loginn hotels, daily cleaning isn't automatically included in the room price, but when our team has availability we'll be happy to clean your room for free.
What about pets?
We have the title of "pet-friendly," which means everyone with four legs and a tail is more than welcome.
With that being said, pets are welcome at all Loginn hotels, except Loginn Nahalat Benyamin
What's the deal with breakfast?
We don't do dining rooms and average hotel breakfasts ain't really our thing.
So we handpicked local cafes actually love, all close to our hotels, and created breakfast vouchers for them
Can I store my luggage?
Of course, and it's free. We've got luggage storage at nearly all our hotels.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Sure, as long as you follow the cancellation and change policy. Details at bottom of home page on "Change/Cancel Reservation" page.
When and where will I see my invoice?
Couple of seconds after you complete your online check-in, weโll send the invoice to your email. If you booked a room through another site, like Airbnb, weโll send your invoice 5-7 days after check-in.
I am a tourist. How do I get my VAT-free price?
If you're tourists, you're in for a treat - youโre exempt from paying VAT on your hotel stay! All you need to do is upload your tourist visa (B2/B3/B4) during our online check-in, and if everything checks out, your bill will be VAT-free. Just a heads-up: the prices on our English website do not include VAT, while the prices on our Hebrew site do. Itโs like a little tax-free vacation within your vacation
Is there a minimum age to book a room? Asking for a friend :)
Booking a room in your name requires you to be 18. It's okay if you're under 18 as long as you have a responsible (or not responsible) adult with you.
What about my baby? Can I get a crib or a cot?
Of course, absolutely, and with pleasure. We have foldable cribs for babies up to two years old, but itโs best to book in advance so we can reserve one for you.
